SECURE YOUR DATE

In order to secure your order and the date required, a non-refundable booking fee of £10 is required.

Full payment is then required no less than 1 week prior to your collection date.

If your payment is not received by this date, your order may be cancelled.

This date will be given to you at the time of booking.

SHORT NOTICE

For orders made with less than 2 weeks’ notice, full payment is required when placing your order.

Please bare in mind that all orders are subject to availability, and no date can be secured

without either a booking fee or full payment.

PAYMENT

All payments are taken via BACS and details will be provided at the time of booking.  

​

CANCELLATIONS

If a cancellation is required, the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

If less than 1 weeks notice is given, full payment may be required.

There may be exceptional circumstances, however this is at the discretion of Mrs Brown's Buns.

COLLECTING YOUR ORDER

Any prices advertised are based on collection only.

Before collecting your order, you will be given a date and time that is

convenient to both you, the client, and Mrs Browns Buns.

The collection address will be given once full payment has been received.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available for all orders and charges are applicable, please get in touch if you require delivery.

ALLERGENS

We work in a domestic kitchen - please bare this in mind when ordering.

Although some allergies can be catered for, please note this is at your own risk.

Every care will be taken, but we cannot guarantee a little cross-contamination.

WEDDINGS

All Wedding orders have a more detailed Cake Contract that is supplied to

you during your tasting and design session.
